Return & Refund Policy

At MW Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), MW Mart will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
